Mountain Sports Training
Whether you enjoy the great outdoors for sport or as a hobby, your fitness level and training will determine your ability to adapt to nature's obstacles. Our functional movement programs are designed by coaches who specialize in high performance training. Each program contains exercises that develop mobility, stability, strength, and power as well as drills that train reaction, agility, quickness, and coordination.
What's included in the training package?
  • Mobility Progam: Custom mobility program based on results from FMS Screen or other criteria.
  •  Strength Program: Sport Specific Strength Program designed for year round activities or peak events.
  •  Cardio Conditioning Program: Develop the endurance, stamina, and mental strength to withstand and thrive during grueling activities.
  •  Nutrition: Our higher performance nutrition programming will give you the edge over your competitors and provide you the building blocks for peak conditioning. 
  •  Mental Management: In the outdoors, your thoughts can mean the difference between finishing or just surviving. Our mental program will help you identify limiting and destructive belief and teach you how to replace and reprogram your beliefs to help you achieve success and accomplish your goals. 
Aaron Barnett
Aaron is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Performance Enhancement and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a certified trainer through Functional Movement Systems, and a second-year graduate student at the University of Denver in the Master of Arts in Sports Coaching program. He is also an avid participant and coach in mountain biking, dirt jumping, snowboarding, skiing, and paddle boarding.
